Company Overview
With almost three decades of operational and management experience in
distribution and manufacturing environments, Deborah L. (Deb) Thomas has developed a sharp eye for businesses bloated with process ineffieciencies, cross-purposes and miscommunication — and how they can retool
for a sleeker, smoother, strategically focused organization.
As an entrepreneur who quickly built her own successful business management
consulting company, she empathetically helps businesses set priorities and
restore the balances they need to grow their businesses.
Thomas and Associates (TAC) clients have
ranged from an international pump manufacturer to a boutique coffee
manufacturing company with retail outlets. TAC has managed several projects to
reduce inventories, improve operations and warehousing, and streamline
manufacturing processes and costing.
For these projects, TAC has gathered requirements, developed specifications,
designed processes, and managed implementation. All of the projects resulted in
substantial revenue for the client company.
For the past decade, TAC have focused thier attention on one business management
application software – Sage Software’s MAS90/200. Working for one of the top
three Resellers in the US, Deb honed her consulting and implementation skills.
She left the Reseller to begin her consulting firm.
