This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Information that you provide us while requesting product information, seeking service and support or in on-line ordering is maintained directly by TAC. We will not sell your information to anybody, including your e-mail address.

If you find that you do not want to receive further information from TAC, please call us at 503.799.9526 and speak with us to have your name made private in our database.

It is our policy never to transmit credit card information via e-mail. Should there be any problem with your payment method, you will be called directly by one of our Inside Sales Representatives to discuss and resolve it quickly.
